If you made a reservation directly with Fox Rent a Car at www.foxrentacar.com or our call center, please use the same source to cancel your reservation. Fox does not charge a cancellation fee but does request such cancellation notice as soon as travel plans have changed.

CURRENCY CONVERSION - The estimated total is displayed in U.S. Dollars. The actual rate you pay will be calculated by converting the U.S. Dollar (USD) amount into the local currency using a published exchange rate established by the local rental company. When converted, the amount will best represent the original quote.  However, due to currency fluctuation variances may be unavoidable. Your credit or debit card company may convert the amount back into USD at a lower rate, and may apply additional conversion fees and surcharges. MULTIPLE or DUPLICATE RESERVATIONS - If you require multiple vehicles for the same or overlapping time periods, please make sure to use a different name for each reservation, otherwise the duplicate name reservation will automatically be cancelled. Driving of the rental vehicle is restricted to Canada and the State of Alaska in the U.S. Â Travel into Alaska requires written permission at time of rental.
If your travel plans include Dempster Highway vehicle rentals are restricted to four-wheel drive trucks and SUVs. This restriction is necessary due to highway and terrain conditions. Violations of this restriction will null and void loss and damage waiver (LDW).

Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) reduces your financial responsibility for damage and /or theft to the rental vehicle. Deductible ranges from USD/ 250-2500 based on the vehicle type rented, as long as the vehicle is used in accordance with the terms of the Rental Agreement.
