Fox Choice Program

At time of rental, a Fox rental representative starts and completes your rental transaction using your reservation. After completing the rental contract, you will proceed to the ready car area and pick a car from an assortment of vehicles in the car class rented. You choose make, model, and color from those vehicles available in the car class chosen. Ready to go vehicles are placed in sections by car class for you to choose. Choose a vehicle, load up, and you’re on your way!

You choose vehicle make, model, and color within your reserved car class. Time spent at the rental counter is significantly reduced. Change your mind and want a different class vehicle? Just see a Fox representative. We will assist with the availability and price of another vehicle. You decide what you need, with no time lost from the rental period. The vehicle contract does not record a start time for charges until the vehicle is assigned at exit.

Need something bigger, sportier, more luxurious? See a car in another section that catches your eye? Just ask a Fox representative. We will check on the availability and price for that vehicle. Once availability and price of the vehicle is confirmed, you can elect to change to the new car class. While you choose a vehicle in the new car class, we will update your rental agreement and return for signature to confirm the change.

A two part (carbon) Vehicle Condition Report is placed on the dash board of each vehicle in the ready to rent sections. This condition report documents current marks or scratches present on the vehicle. Please review the condition report prior to heading for the exit.

At the exit you will need to show the signed rental contract and the two-part Vehicle Condition Report. The Fox representative will assign the vehicle chosen to your rental agreement, return your rental agreement with the carbon of Vehicle Condition Report and you are on your way.

No sign up or membership is required. All Fox customers get to choose. Although, you are leaving cash in the rear-view if you don't join. 

The Fox Choice system is available at the following airport rental car locations – Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Fort Lauderdale, Ontario, and San Diego. (as of January 2020)
