| 2019 | Europcar Mobility Group acquires a 100% stake in Fox Rent a Car, providing it with a brand representation in the US. Fox announces grand opening of new airport location at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) in Florida. |

Fox opens new corporate locations in Chicago, Illinois (ORD) and San Antonio, Texas (SAT). Fox announces grand opening of new airport location at Tampa International Airport (TPA) in Florida. |

FOX REWARDS car loyalty rental program allows members exclusive benefits and rental options not available to non-members. Fox announces new affiliate locations in Aruba, Antigua & Barbuda and Poland. This brings the affiliate location count up to over 115 locations in 33 countries. |
