Online Rental Extension

In order to use this online rental extension service, we require you to both read the disclosure and supply the required information listed below. Reading the disclosure and supplying the required information does not guarantee extension of the rental period. An email confirmation or denial of the extension period request will be sent to you after completing the process. This online extension service is available if your rental meets the following conditions.

Rental Extension Disclosure:

Only cars rented with credit at time of rental. No cash rentals.

The following locations are excluded from the online rental extension service : No Phoenix rental requests or affiliate location requests. Entire rental period can not exceed 30 days.

At time of request, vehicle cannot be more than 120 hours past the due back date.

Only the primary renter (name and credit card on rental agreement) can request an extended rental period.

All additional rental days past original return date, as stated at the time the contract is opened, will have a daily rate increase of $20.00 per day.

If the extension period is confirmed and approved, estimated amount of charges for the extended rental period will be captured (on credit card) and applied as deposit on the rental agreement.

If your rental does not meet the above terms and conditions, the primary renter can, in person at a Fox corporate rental location, extend the rental period or have a new rental agreement prepared, if renter meets standard renter qualifications.
