DEPOSITS:
A deposit in the amount of USD/750.00 is required for each rental.
The following methods of payment are accepted for deposit:
Visa, Master Card, Discover and AMEX.
Note: we do not accept personal checks or debit cards of any type.

PAYMENTS:
The following methods of payment are accepted for payment upon return:
Cash, Travelers Cheques, VISA, Master Card, Discover and AMEX.

Arriving passengers should exit the Car Rentals door, where they will be met by our representative standing outside holding a sign with the FOX logo and the passengers name printed on it for a short shuttle ride to the rental location. Collision Damage Waiver - CDW - is available at the rental counter for USD/12.00 to USD/30.00 per day depending on the car type and the deductible amount. Please note that a higher deductible amount applies to all drivers under the age of 25.

Liability Insurance is available at the rental counter for USD/5.00 per day.

Minimum age is 21. Insurance restrictions may apply to drivers under the age of 25, please see policy for INSURANCE.

If your reservation was confirmed directly with FOX Rent A Car by utilizing the reservation call center at 1-800-225-4369, or through the FOX Rent A Car web page at www.foxrentacar.com, please use the same source to cancel your reservation. FOX does not charge a cancellation fee, but does request such cancellation notice as soon as travel plans have changed.


If your reservation was confirmed through another provider (booking site, outside source, etc.), please use the same source to cancel your reservation. Some providers (booking site, outside source, etc.) may charge for the cancellation of a reservation if not cancelled within a specific time frame.Cancellation of a reservation directly thru FOX Rent A Car when confirmed thru another provider, may not relieve your responsibility with that provider. In order to alleviate such charges (cancellation fee or penalty) check with the provider and cancel the reservation directly with the provider.

Reservations will be honored for a period of six hours after the confirmed pick up date and time.

MULTIPLE or DUPLICATE RESERVATIONS - If you require multiple vehicles for the same or overlapping time periods, please make sure to use a different name for each reservation, otherwise the duplicate name reservation will automatically be cancelled. FOX will not be responsible for any cancelled reservations.

Vehicles are delivered with half a tank of fuel and must be returned with at least the same amount to avoid a refuelling surcharge of USD/10.00 per quarter tank of missing fuel.

Open from 6 am to10 pm.
NOTE - The latest reservation time is 1/2 hour prior to closing.

At the rental counter all renters/drivers must present a valid drivers license. International drivers license are accepted.
